There was only one way to improve upon the design of the legendary Hartke 3500 bass amp: Supercharge it! We took all the features of the classic 3500 then added a 500 Watt power plant and built it into a new vintage-style cabinet. The Hartke 5500, the best of the best just got better.

My set up a 210 and 115 speaker combination with the HA5500 head. This amp system is bad ass! This amp give you infinite tonal control and is very loud. Add a little chorus, it makes your sound bigger. This amp is a very clean sounding amp with passive or active guitars.
